Victim Services Prescott-Russell
We are a non-profit community-based charity that provides support services and immediate assistance to victims of crime, tragedy, and disaster in the Prescott-Russell region. Our mission is to deliver confidential crisis intervention services that are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our services
We offer a range of services, including emergency response, practical assistance, emotional support, information, and referrals to community resources and government programs tailored to the needs of those we serve.
In addition to supporting victims of crime and tragic circumstances, we also guide vulnerable individuals facing social challenges such as homelessness and food insecurity by connecting them with appropriate local services.
Our partnerships
We work closely with emergency services — police, fire, and paramedics — as well as a wide network of community partners across Prescott-Russell to ensure a coordinated and compassionate response to crisis situations.

We are seeking engaged individuals who:
- Live in Prescott and Russell and are 18 years or older
- Can attend about 8 evening meetings per year in Hawkesbury
- Share our values of respect, compassion, dignity, kindness, and collaboration
- Are ready to contribute to discussions, activities, and training in French
- Bring experience in governance and/or accounting, which is considered an asset
