We are a non-profit community-based charity that provides support services and immediate assistance to victims of crime, tragedy, and disaster in the Prescott-Russell region. Our mission is to deliver confidential crisis intervention services that are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We offer a range of services, including emergency response, practical assistance, emotional support, information, and referrals to community resources and government programs tailored to the needs of those we serve.

In addition to supporting victims of crime and tragic circumstances, we also guide vulnerable individuals facing social challenges such as homelessness and food insecurity by connecting them with appropriate local services.

We work closely with emergency services — police, fire, and paramedics — as well as a wide network of community partners across Prescott-Russell to ensure a coordinated and compassionate response to crisis situations.
